Shipping Returns & FAQs
Shipping Australia: Free for carts over $50. Under $50 there is a flat rate of $8. Shipping is through Australia Post and you will receive tracking information. A signature may be required on delivery so make sure someone can sign to receive it. Goods are shipped within 1-4 business days unless otherwise specified on the product eg personalised items
Shipping Overseas: There is a flat rate on all orders of AU$25. We use Australia Post and you will receive tracking information. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel, particularly if it is over AU$200 value. Generally delivery is within 5-20 working days for most international destinations
(Please be aware that some international orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Please contact your local customs office to know your country's regulations. Suga Suga is not liable for those charges. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order).
What if an item is out of stock?
None of our items are mass produced so sometimes stock can get low. If an item you want is out of stock, you can register to be notified when it is available again. Just click 'Email me when available'. When the product is restocked we will send you an automatic email to let you know. This email does not reserve the item, so if you still want it, its a good idea to act quickly in case it sells out again.
Can I return the item? Of course. We hope you love what you've bought but if you're not happy about it you can return your product to us in it's original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please email us to arrange your return.
Please ensure it is in new condition and preferably with original packaging to protect it in transit. Only unworn, unwashed, undamaged, clean and resalable items with all tags and labels still attached will be accepted. Once the item is inspected on the above conditions and accepted we will provide either a refund or credit note. Note items that are hand crafted and imperfect are not considered faulty nor are items purchased that have been subjected to normal wear and tear.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for the postage or shipping company you choose.
How will I be refunded? Refunds are put back onto your credit card or original method of payment that you used in the original transaction. Due to individual processing times this can take up to 10 days or more. If it is lengthy delay check your credit card company & bank.
Sale Items or Discount Codes: There is no exchange or return on sale items or items with discount codes or coupons. We only refund regular price items that fit the criteria listed above in "Can I returning the item?"
Are my Personal Details secure? Absolutely! We value your privacy and will not distribute your contact details to any third parties. They are just kept on the Suga Suga data base. Your details are not disclosed to any third parties other than for the purpose of processing payment for the product you have ordered.
Is my payment secure? Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. It is one of largest most trusted ecommerce platforms in the world. Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
